Over the past year, the following faculty have completed training to become Quality Matters Certified Course Peer Reviewers. Several of these faculty have already had the opportunity to participate as a member of a review team in formal Quality Matters course review processes for other colleges and are looking forward to participation in formal reviews that are being scheduled for institutions within Minnesota.
To be eligible to become a certified Peer Reviewer, one must successfully complete the Applying the Quality Matters Rubric workshop and the Peer Reviewer workshop; the individual must also be a faculty member with recent online teaching experience (within the last 18 months), and must have signed a MOU on file with Quality Matters.

Any online faculty interested in registering for either the APPQMR or PRC workshops can do so for a reduced cost thanks to a subsidy from Minnesota Online. Contact me for details.
Those interested in registering for QM workshops should contact me for more information. Minnesota Online will be subsidizing the cost of APPQMR workshops that are offered through MOQI (Minnesota Online Quality Initiative) – this brings the cost of a seat in an online or face-to-face training to $55 for this workshop. MnOnline will also be subsidizing a limited number of seats for Peer Reviewer and Master Reviewer training which will reduce the cost for that training by 50%.
